Since I was little I always imagined my life in the army.  I have been fascinated with people who are professionally in the army.  Not only that these people are brave and courageous, but also they are putting their lives on the line for ordinary people to be able to leave freely end happily, and not have to worry about wars.  However, as I was growing up, I realize that I value the human life and would like to do everything in my power to help people to overcome illnesses and get a better.

Still hanging gone tightly to both of my dreams, I have fully explored medical careers which are also presents in the army. If you are still wondering what kind of medical careers await for you in the force, read about top five careers which you could do, all the while still helping people and practicing medicine.

1. Doctor

In the army you will be able to be a doctor, just like anywhere else in the world.  In fact these are the doctors who have finished medicine who only than later on become a part of the army.  Besides the fact that being a doctor is the noblest profession one can do, you all are also an integral part of the army and you all are helping your country in this way.  It’s a real privilege being able to treat and care for people who are taking care of all of us and our country. Not only you are serving them, you are also serving your country.

2. Nurse

 

In the army nurses are treated with respect.  They are integral members of the medical teams.  Furthermore, as a nurse you will be able to work with world class healthcare professionals. Nurses are there to care for Airmen, but they are also there to show empathy and support. This difficult and noble profession is really demanding, but it is also very fulfilling.

3. Dentist

In the army you will be able to be a doctor, just like anywhere else in the world.  In fact these are the doctors who have finished medicine who only than later on become a part of the army.  Besides the fact that being a doctor is the noblest profession one can do, you all are also an integral part of the army and you all are helping your country in this way.  It’s a real privilege being able to treat and care for people who are taking care of all of us and our country. 4. Allied Health

Depending on your medical training, you will perform different tasks as a part of Air Force’s allied health.  These tasks are not always easy, or pleasant, but they will give you the opportunity of a lifetime to be a part of the Air Force and help both out Airmen, and our entire country in this way.

5. Administration

Even if you are just a medical administration worker, you can hope to find your career in Air Force.  Your task will be to support a range of healthcare provisions.  Also, you will plan healthcare provisions from war to emergencies and other health system designs.
